Frühstück in Purora Gläsern

Raspberry creamie:

What you need:

  • 50g raspberries
  • 40g apple
  • 40g banana
  • 10g almond
  • 10g hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut chips
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp sesame
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp oat flakes
  • Water


Preparation:

Cut apple and banana into small pieces. Then fill the fruit together with the other ingredients into your Purora glass.

Make sure you don't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix the whole thing in your ThermóTwist PRO and enjoy.

 

Banana creamie:

What you need:

  • 120g banana
  • 40g nectarine
  • 10g almonds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Organic milk or water


Preparation:

Cut the fruit into small pieces. Then fill all the ingredients into your Purora glass.

Make sure you don't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix the whole thing in your ThermóTwist PRO and enjoy.

 

Immune booster smoothie:

What you need:

  • 35g banana
  • 35g orange
  • 35g apple
  • 35g carrot
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Water


Preparation:

Cut the fruit and carrot into small pieces. Then fill all the ingredients into your Purora glass.

Make sure you don't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix the whole thing in your ThermóTwist PRO and enjoy.

 

Quick Latte Macchiato:

What you need:

  • 125 ml coffee
  • 125 ml organic milk


Preparation:

Pour the coffee and milk into your Purora glass. You can now mix it all up and enjoy.

 

Mango-banana creamie:

What you need:

  • 70g mango
  • 43g bananas
  • 10g dates
  • Mango or orange juice


Preparation:

Cut the fruit into small pieces. Then fill all the ingredients into your Purora glass.

Make sure you don't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix the whole thing in your ThermóTwist PRO and enjoy.

Kefir avocado smoothie:

What you need:

  • 80g kefir
  • 3 medium leaves of lettuce
  • ¼ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 50 g seedless green grapes


Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients into the glass one at a time
  2. Fill with water and mix “cold”.
  3. Topping: chia seeds and grapes


Coconut quinoa porridge:

What you need:

  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g quinoa, (light) washed
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch Bourbon vanilla
  • 2 dates pitted


Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients into the glass one at a time
  2. Do not add any water and mix to “52 degrees”.
  3. Topping: seasonal fruits


Spelled apple cinnamon waffle:

What you need:

  • 1 egg
  • 30 g date sweetener
  • 50g butter
  • 80 ml milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Bourbon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 g spelled flour
  • 80 g apple, grated


Preparation:

  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Grate apple into a bowl
  3. Pour all ingredients (except grated apples) into the glass and mix until cold
  4. Pour the waffle batter into the grated apples and mix well
  5. Amount of dough makes approx. 4 waffles

Topping: Garnish with fruit
