Why should I heat the smoothies?
Many people find consuming warm food and drinks more pleasant for their gastrointestinal tract. Digestion of warm foods is often better and it is good for the stomach if you don't feed it ice-cold food. The warm mixed smoothies and soups are particularly recommended for people with weak digestion, for children and generally in the cold season.

Blending increases the surface area of ​​fruit and vegetables. The larger the surface, the faster the oxidation process proceeds.

That's why we cut fruit and vegetables into pieces and put them in the Purora herbal water. In this way we slow down the natural oxidation process.

Our Fresh line is produced fresh to order every Tuesday and then cooled to 4-6°C. Thanks to the special Purora herbal water, the Puroras have a shelf life of at least 15 days from production.

Our ReFresh line has a shelf life of at least 6 months from production.

The ascorbic acid helps us create a visually appealing product and protects the micronutrients it contains.

We use the tasteless locust bean gum to support the natural shelf life of our smoothies and soups.

The ThermóTwist mixer has been specially developed for the cold and warm preparation of Purora glasses. The 1,000 watts and 24,000 revolutions per minute ensure the best possible mixing result. You save yourself the cleaning of another mixing bowl and can enjoy directly from the glass.

Yes. Mixing, grinding, chopping, shredding and heating (to 42°C raw food level or 52°C) are some methods of preparation that make everyday life easier.

General consumption recommendation: 2 - 3 ml pure or diluted with water

There are different approaches to this. We at Purora recommend not having your last meal too late in the evening so that your digestive organs are relieved during the night. An excess of raw food in particular can weigh heavily on the stomach at night. A warm or hot soup - sufficiently chewed - 2 to 3 hours before going to bed is a light and well-tolerated dinner.

All products except our Fresh line are shipped every week, on Wednesday and Friday.

The Fresh line is handed over weekly, every Wednesday, as a cooled package to the Austrian Post express delivery service. She delivers this in Austria within 24 hours. In Germany delivery takes 2-3 days.

We pack the Fresh product line in specially insulated boxes, which are also equipped with ice packs to ensure consistently cool shipping.

We will notify you by email as soon as the order has been handed over to the shipping service provider. The code for tracking the shipment can be found in the email. If it is Fresh products, please make sure you are there when the order arrives. Otherwise, please give the shipping service provider a drop-off permit.

Our Puroras are fresh products. Unfortunately, returns are not possible as the glasses can no longer be resold. We hope that the taste will convince you as much as it did us.
