Lentils taste delicious, make you feel full, provide valuable proteins and contain vitamins A, B and E. They are also rich in potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, nickel, selenium and zinc - important minerals for numerous metabolic processes.
Hemp seeds contain all 8 essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. These are of high biological value and make the hemp seeds a perfect source of protein. Furthermore, hemp seeds contain high-quality unsaturated fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and fiber.
Maca root is a traditional tonic and aphrodisiac for women and men. It is rich in vegetable protein and secondary plant active ingredients. The macamides it contains support regeneration after exercise and increase general performance.
Known? Cordyceps is probably the most famous medicinal mushroom in TCM. It contains valuable polysaccharides and other health-promoting ingredients that have a positive effect on heart health and blood sugar levels and can optimally support the organism.
