Schneidebrett mit Zutaten für Suppe

Alkaline Power Soup:

What you need:

  • 72 g courgette
  • 25 g broccoli
  • 1 tsp cress
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora jar together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water does not exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix everything together and enjoy.

 

Celery-Carrot Soup:

What you need:

  • 80 g organic celery
  • 60 g organic carrot
  • 20 g organic broccoli
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora jar together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water does not exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix everything together and enjoy.

 

Carrot soup:

What you need:

  • 80 g carrots
  • 40 g celery sticks
  • 10 g leek
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora jar together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water does not exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix everything together and enjoy.

 

Broccoli cream soup:

What you need:

  • 50 g broccoli
  • 35 g apple
  • 40 g carrots
  • 10 g whipped cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora jar together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water does not exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix everything together and enjoy.

 

Vegetable soup:

What you need:

  • 45 g peas
  • 35 g carrots
  • 10 g leek
  • 50 g kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the carrots, leeks and kohlrabi into small pieces and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure that the water does not exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix everything together and enjoy.

Pumpkin-turmeric soup:

What you need:

  • 90 g Hokkaido pumpkin, cut into small pieces
  • 20 g carrots
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 small leaf of sage
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch coriander, whole
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock
  • 70 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chard chopped
  • 1 date, pitted
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fill the ingredients in the glass
  2. Fill with water and mix to “52 degrees”
  3. Topping: pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil

Cauliflower-turmeric soup:

What you need:

  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp linseed, yellow
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch cumin, whole
  • ½ level teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 pcs. peppercorns, green
  • 1 pc. date, pitted
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fill the ingredients in the glass
  2. Fill with water and mix to “52 degrees”
  3. Topping: sunflower seeds

Beetroot soup with horseradish:

What you need:

  • 150 g beetroot, cooked
  • 30 g (1/4) apple, raw
  • 20 g (1/4) carrot, raw
  • 1 tbsp onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pcs. cashew nuts
  • 1 piece of peppercorn
  • 1 tsp soup seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt

Topping: grated horseradish

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients one after the other into the Purora glass, top up with water and mix (52 degrees).
  2. Sprinkle with grated horseradish if desired.
