Alkaline Power Soup:

What you need:

  • 72 g zucchini
  • 25g broccoli
  • 1 tsp cress
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water doesn't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix it all up and enjoy.

 

Celery Carrot Soup:

What you need:

  • 80 g organic celery
  • 60 g organic carrot
  • 20g organic broccoli
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water doesn't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix it all up and enjoy.

 

Carrot soup:

What you need:

  • 80 grams of carrots
  • 40 g celery sticks
  • 10 grams of leeks
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water doesn't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix it all up and enjoy.

 

Broccoli cream soup:

What you need:

  • 50 grams of broccoli
  • 35 grams of apple
  • 40 grams of carrots
  • 10 g whipped cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water doesn't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix it all up and enjoy.

 

Vegetable soup:

What you need:

  • 45 grams of peas
  • 35 grams of carrots
  • 10 grams of leeks
  • 50 g kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Water

Preparation:

Cut the carrots, leeks and kohlrabi into small pieces and fill them into your Purora glass together with the other ingredients. Make sure the water doesn't exceed the "Max" line.

Now you can mix it all up and enjoy.
