Chick pea curry:
What you need:
- 100 g chickpeas, drained (pre-cooked or canned)
- 1 tbsp onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 slice of ginger
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon soup seasoning
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pc. date
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch of chilli
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch coriander
- 100 g coconut milk
- 60 g tomato pulp from the jar
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into the glass one at a time
- do not add water!
- Mix to “52 degrees”.
Topping: This goes well with rice or fresh flatbread
