Chick pea curry:

What you need:

  • 100 g chickpeas, drained (pre-cooked or canned)
  • 1 tbsp onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soup seasoning
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pc. date
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch of chilli
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch coriander
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 60 g tomato pulp from the jar


Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients into the glass one at a time
  2. do not add water!
  3. Mix to “52 degrees”.

Topping: This goes well with rice or fresh flatbread
